The Truth Is Never So Simple?

The loving home that once stood; a beacon of memories, now stands as a testament to time’s relentless decay.
The morning sun that shines will disappear at the end of the day, and darkness will overwhelm.
The love that once dearly loved can forever be lost.
A life that once lived will surely die.
The truth is simple, but why is it hard to accept?
“The truth of suffering must be explored to its end.” — The Buddha.
Understand the impermanent nature of life to realize how clinging and aversion perpetuate our suffering. It’s always these two that keep us up at night.
Allow yourself to grieve, drown in tears, then pick up the pieces and move on with time, — with life. Don’t oppose or loathe it.
Allow yourself to celebrate, enjoy the pleasure, and be pumped with happiness, then move on with time — with life. Don’t cling on to it.
Arising. Passing. Arising. Passing.
It will come at ease with a profound awareness of the insight into the nature of reality. It will guide you to appropriate action with a balanced mind.
